So I’m home. And I’m finally ready to blog. All I can say is WOW, what a trip of a lifetime. After a whirlwind trip to NYC for Kravet’s Blogfest, I flew to Montreal to celebrate my anniversary with my boyfriend, fiance, Erik. After a wonderful day exploring the city, massages at the W Hotel and a fancy pants Italian dinner at Graziella, he proposed! I’ve never been so happy, shocked, excited for anything in my life EVER!! My heart is full with so much joy and love and I haven’t come down from cloud nine yet. I am, without a doubt, the luckiest girl and feel so loved. I’m not going to turn this blog into a wedding blog, but it will creep in from time to time so I can get some help with all of this wedding planning that I am about to embark on!
Here are just a few of the 1000+ photos I took in NYC & Montreal. Most are with my IPhone so I apologize for the quality. My camera was just too big to lug around and after walking a marathon everyday, I couldn’t carry one extra thing!
I can tell you that I have never been more inspired then I was in New York. The interior design that we were exposed to was breathtakingly beautiful and fresh- ideas, colours combos, schemes that you just don’t see here. So if there are any of you out there that want to decorate with loads of colour and pattern, I’m your girl to get the job done :) I’m brimming with ideas and inspiration.
I’ll be doing more detailed posts throughout the next few weeks to cover as much of the info that we covered as I can. For you design bloggers, I highly, HIGHLY recommend going next year to Blogfest. Make sure to buy your tickets the second they go on sale because they move quickly!
